This game was hell incarnate, or something close. I could not finish it---I hated every single thing about this game. It left me feeling unsettled, uncomfortable, unclean, and unhappy. I feel like this game is cursed---like there is an untangible evil in it that no man or woman should ever have to face. Please dont play this game, or do---just be warned you might die, in 7 days.
This is really good. Honestly, the only thing I didn't like about it were the footsteps. They kinda sounded like a bouncing ball but really, that was the only fault I found, which of course didn't take away from the experience. It was weird and disturbing, not really filled with random jump scares which I really liked. The quality of the meshes too, that was impressive. Stay safe and I wish you guys the best. :)
After seeing your comments on others - Calling them "Fucking Pathetic" - your input is meaningless. I always welcome feedback and fully accept that some people dont like louder reactions in content. however there are larger channels like jackscepticeye who still thrive on that premise despite what people with differing opinions may feel or say. however this was just a blatant spout to be rude over the internet. As one of the first videos I made on my channel and it was/is one of my many learning curves I have ahead of me. I appreciate another perspective however your attack on the number of views is pointless.You have commented positive words on videos with no commentary and less views. Less views for channels with WAY more subs than me mind you. Maybe another perspective to have is that my content just doesn't mesh with your sense of entertainment, No issue you cant please everyone and i don't expect to. Thankfully I have continued to grow and learn each and every day. Going forward if you feel the need to critique someone do so with kindness. While the comment on my video wasnt as harsh, you were outright demeaning to others and add no value to their learning process. Good luck to you.
Noticed a spelling error early on in the game. It mentions the front door won't "barge" which should be "budge". Other than that, so far so good :) love the atmosphere.
I don't remember because it's been a while since I've played but is it spelled like that, 'b-a-r-g-e'? If so, it's spelled correctly. Maybe you meant 'barge' was used incorrectly when it should've been 'budge'?
I think the dev used ‘barge’ because it can be used as a verb, meaning to move into something with force, as in, “It’s rude to barge into my room like that.” But, yes, ‘budge’ is the word that should’ve been used.
No, I don't think that is the case. The line is "This door won't barge. It's like if it was frozen entirely." Very clearly in context of "budge". Barge does not make grammatical sense to be used there. Should technically be closer to "This door won't budge. It's like it's completely frozen."
Yeah, that’s exactly what I’m saying. I’m saying that he used ‘barge’ because he thought it was the correct word to use in that context, but it’s incorrect because the context of the sentence is that the door is immovable due to being frozen that it won’t even move in the slightest, therefore ‘budge’ is actually the correct verb. I’m agreeing with you, if that’s more clear. Haha!
I commented in the first place because you initially mentioned there was a spelling error in the game, but proceeded to explain a grammar error instead. I pointed out that nothing in the game was spelled incorrectly, and agreed that it was a grammar error.
I think the installation instructions are unclear to those that don't live in the word of pc games. I am finding it difficult to download this game on Itch and i have even tried doing it manually and nothing is happening. If anyone has clear instructions, or even a video tutorial it would be muchly appreciated.
One of the better short horror games that I have made a video for it was loads of fun checking behind me every second and never feeling like I was 100% safe and I actually felt that I was stuck inside the house and my own house at all times great job to the dev would love to play again!

I had fun during tense moments (anticipation of jump scares when the apartment was dark, evading the girl), but I wish I could say the same about the game overall. The pacing was a bit slow, and though the atmosphere was dark and eerie, the game was dull and boring. I hate to be critical, but those are my honest thoughts. One thing that would've improved gameplay was adding music and sound cues. I added music and sound cues in editing, and, without a doubt, it makes the ambiance of the game much better and creepier.
Very excited to start playing, I feel full controller support would really add a lot though as I was just lying on my bed in the evening thinking "some horror would be great right now". But having to play on keyboard and mouse restricts me only to the confines of my uncomfortable desk. (The comfort of desk is not your fault ;))
I felt like this was an incredible game that an amazing underlying sense of tension mixed with a terrifying atmosphere that were both built upon throughout the gameplay, which accumulated into a fantastic experience. Thank you for the experience and I hope you keep up the good work.

a barge is a type of flat boat for transporting across rivers typically. So, yes "barge" is spelled correctly, but the word he wanted was "budge".

Great horror game with an amazing atmosphere, the entire game felt unsettling. The girl snuck up on me a few times and nearly gave me a heart attack!

A nice little horror game that builds up the creep factor gradually , there is good use of sounds and disturbing ambience throughout.
The game aesthetics are nicely polished and there is a real sense of detail taken into account when it comes to the apartment decor.
Overall this game is a good spine tingling experience with a girl you may recognise from a particular movie, this game is definitely worth a try.
